These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.ampmemonight.com and the purchase of tickets and merchandise. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

www.ampmemonight.com is owned and operated by The Neighbourhood Collective (ABN 57 425 323 500), trading as AM//PM.
Ticketing services for most events are processed through Oztix. However, some events may use alternative ticketing providers where venues have existing ticketing contracts. In these cases, the ticketing provider’s own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will apply in addition to ours. Merchandise transactions may still be processed through Shopify.

We may add, withdraw, reschedule, or replace artists; change prices, venues, rooms, or capacity at any time. Use of this site is for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.

We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time. When purchasing an event ticket through Oztix, their platform terms will apply at the time your transaction is completed.

4. Conditions of Sale

Event tickets are sold and issued via Oztix. All Oztix terms, conditions, refund policies, delivery methods, and purchase requirements apply in addition to the Terms on this website.

By purchasing a ticket, you also agree to the Oztix Terms & Conditions, available on their platform.

All merchandise prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Online ticket sales close when the event allocation is sold out or at the time determined by Oztix.

We reserve the right to refuse sales or cancel any transaction in accordance with Oztix policies.
5. Venue Entry

A valid photo ID is required for entry (Australian Driver Licence, Australian Photo Card, or Passport).

Damaged or expired IDs may be rejected.

Entry is restricted to patrons 18 years and over.

Venues reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
6. Refunds and Exchanges

If a date, venue, time, or other event detail changes, your ticket remains valid. Updates will be communicated via email.

We may alter venue, capacity, date, or artists without prior notice.

Entitlement to a refund is determined by us. Please contact us directly to confirm eligibility.
7. Ticket Delivery
All event tickets are delivered electronically by Oztix. Delivery times and methods are governed by Oztix systems.

9. Seeka Tracking, Data Sharing & Measurement
We use Seeka as our identity and analytics partner across our website, our events, and Oztix-powered ticketing pages.
By using our website or purchasing a ticket through Oztix, you acknowledge and agree that:

Seeka’s identity graph may match sessions across ampmemonight.com, Oztix event pages, and other connected domains.
